COLUMBIA, MD – The Congress for Democratic Change – United States of America (CDC-USA) DMV Chapter, a vital intellectual and financial hub for the party in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area, has announced its upcoming chapter convention. Scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, the gathering will be held under the theme, “Empowering Growth, Leadership, and Unity.”
Since its establishment earlier this year, the DMV Chapter has quickly become a pivotal force, known for its active engagement and steadfast commitment to the party’s core values.
